I would not recommend this complex because of the staff, price, state of workout facility, conistent water outage, unkept grounds by tenants and friendliness of community.

would recommend it because it is pet friendly but people don't pick up after their pets which is frustrating, and people without pets are not tolerant to any form of barking. The area is nice, but rent is too high with crimes that take place.

They take care of the front of the property by the leasing office, in the back it's left alone.

This apartment is in a great location.
If you like shopping, this apartment is located less than five minutes from the galleria and other prime Houston shopping locations. Another great thing is the gate is gaurded and the community mature.
For my first residency at an apartment, pretty good!
A few things I did not like were the carpets, showers, and appliances. However, I really enjoyed everything else like the pool, security guards, service, and neighbors!

Office staff is sometimes rude and unresponsive when trying to pick up packages. Phone calls are not answered and requests to have packages at the guard stand and ignored if a call to confirm is not made.

I would always recommend the apartments to others. I feel safe here and at home. I am outgoing and find the apartment community to be responsively friendly. I love dogs, but have no pets. It is a pet friendly and family friendly apartment community. Grounds are well kept and office staff is helpful.

I would recommend this property solely for the location and the fact that they accept large dogs. The customer service / management is terrible.
