They were luxury apartment homes with a variety of floor plans, basic amenities, and an excellent location just minutes from major highways and plenty of dining and retail. There was also great management company stayed on top of maintenance and upkeep.

The property used to be pretty, but it has been torn up and constantly muddy for months now. Its not an attractive complex at this time and I would not recommend it to anyone in its current state.

Parking is horrible; smell of dog waste is terrible; neighbors can be very rude and inconsiderate.

The community is very well maintained. It has maintained a great appearance and the floor plan I was shown was very nice and spacious. I really liked touring with the leasing professional.

Rental rate might be considered too high for an older "garden type" complex with a slightly outdated look. Also, friends might not think "luxury" amenities here compare to those at other more modern luxury apartments.

The location is great. The complex is very old. The fees for everything are ridiculous.

I really loved the community. There was green everywhere, even on residents' balconies. It was quiet and very clean. It could truly be someone's dream home just waiting for them.
Even with just a small amount of square footage, the apartment looked incredible. There was lots of bathroom space, bedroom closet space, living space. It was gorgeous! The total package!
The only think lacking on this property was a clubhouse type area.

I've checked your work order history and we have previously addressed the issue through our maintenance team and outside pest control company. I can schedule another visit through Envirosmart Pest Control this Monday if you wish. Please let me know so that I may notify the company.

I really enjoyed the pool area. It was the best feature of the community. That and the small yard for the apartment. I was shocked at that feature. The apartment was kinda small for the price though. But I guess with the yard it compensates. All in all it was a great visit.
