The lack of being able to choose my cable provider is a very sore point

This is a very nice community. It has a residential atmosphere rather than feel like an apartment community. It is a little off the beaten path, but still close enough to two major freeways and near major retail grocery stores, entertainment, and the medical center.

I would tell them what to expect. It's not horrible, but it's not as bad as some places.

The hesitation would be rent. I have seen many apartments unoccupied for a long time - I am positive it is because the rent is too high.

I would recommend this community for it is a safe, well kept complex. The residents here are all neighborly. The office staff have good people qualities. I just hope they stay and don't change the staff again.

The location was great. It was very centrally located. I liked the parking garage feature as well as the parking spaces in front of the apartments. I thought the gym could be more modern or perhaps even a little larger. I also did not see a club house or any place to lease for entertainment or gatherings outside my apartment home. But overall, the community was nice. I really liked the limited access in and out of the community.

A recommendation would only happen if the would-be renter was getting a great deal on rent. The amenities (outside of the pool area) are not as good as at other apartment complexes.

Move-in experience plus responsiveness on maintenance items have not been satisfactory.

I would make sure to let others know of the parking issues and lack of daily security.

I would recommend based on location and price, but I would also comment that the property management seems to 'go through the motions' of a nice apartment community.

I liked the community and the amenities offered. The company seems to really care for the residents. I would have leased the apartment if I was interested in moving.

I recommended this place to friends because of its location, price, quality of living and general feeling of the complex.

Why is there only one cable provider? They are not cheap. How can we get more providers like AT&T or comcast? This might be the reason I dont renew my lease!

I would because it's in an ideal area of Houston. There are prettier apartments in the area that are more trendy with better parking though for a slightly higher price which is worth it.
