The elevator lights going out, mail notices not being given to residents, no cups in coffee area, NO PRINTER PAPER/PRINTER BROKEN ALWAYS, water damage in elevator that exits near pool, etc. There are many changes that could be made that could really increase my view of apartment. Rent is a bit high for an apartment that does not have these amenities. Also, I really like dogs, but don't have one for a reason and noise complaints were completely ignored in past.
I am glad to report that as of today the elevator has been repaired and is fully functional and operational. We are also working on either fixing or replacing the printer in the Cyber Cafe. We are in the process of building a pet park at the rear of our community that should help with the pet traffic and the noise.

At this time I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. If the housekeeping issues are resolved and the elevator repaired in a timely manner, I would reconsider.

I am happy to report that as of today the elevator has been repaired and is fully functional and operational. With the added maintenance staff I can assure you that the housekeeping issues will not only be resolved but exceeded.

Before I would always tell potential residents on their way to view a unit about how much I loved living hear. Now I just warn them. So sad. I've lived in enough communities to know what makes apartment living pleasant or otherwise. The difference between the new guys and our previous management is like night and day.
That is very unfortunate to hear. I do not know what exactly happened or whom you have spoken to in my office but I assure you that my staff is very committed to customer service and everything that that entails. I have been out of the office since last week and will not return until January 28th. If you are open to it, I would like to schedule an appointment at your convenience to meet with you and further discuss your concerns with my staff. At which point I am sure that we will be able to come to a mutual understanding.

I already have. My friends love my apt whenever hey come for a get together.
We absolutely love to hear that. Please be sure to be on the look out for our many scheduled community events so that we can meet in person and further discuss our beautiful and wonderful community.
P.S. Dont forget that we do offer resident referrals. It could be a great way for you to not only have your friends close by but to make some extra money.

I love these apartments, the location is perfect for someone working in the Medical Center, especially having the shuttle. The office personnel are great and maintenance has always responded quick. I have been here almost a year and have had to call maintenance only 2 times.
We love to hear that. I know that we will continue to honor and by far exceed the service that you have received in the past.

Not sure I am receiving the value of my rent!

I can certainly see what you are referring to. I would like for you to know that part of our pledge is to show our residents the value of the money that they pay. Our company has been in business for over 40 years. And along with our excellent customer service we also have a 24 hour maintenance pledge to get all of your maintenance requests addressed within 24 hours. If you are up for renewal and receive a rental increase that you do not agree with, please come and speak with me and I will be more than glad to look at all options to try to come to a mutual understanding that will benefit both parties.
If you'd like to discuss this in further detail, I will be in the office after January 28th. I would love to schedule and appointment for you to come in so that we can both evaluate the value of the rent that you pay on a monthly basis.

Too noisey. People dont have dogs on leashes. The hallways echo. People yelling and being loud in the hallway after 10. I havent had one good night sleep since I moved in. Not what I expected when moving into these apartments.

Would not- this isn't my favorite place to live. The walls are thin And I can hear my neighbors through vents. The elevator is broken often which is annoying. I find the hallways to not be maintained and are dirty and smelly often.
