The residents here do not respect the property. Trash is a constant in the hallways and parking garage from banana peels, broken eggs, to animal feces. Hopefully after the property is finally renovated the attitude will change amongst the tenants.

The community seems to toying and immature, any time you see random trash and beer cans it's time to move.
I apologize for the trash being left by your neighbors. We wish that everyone was as mindful as you are with our community. We will continue to send our community reminders in the hopes that everyone cooperates with our community policies. I would go so far as to recommend people NOT to come here. Before the new management came, I actually recommended this apartment community to some friends because it was a great place to live. Now I feel that living here is a pain.

The current renovations are unattractive and impractical. I would recommend other apartments to friends and family.
Hello, I apologize that the new color for the buildings is not something that you like. We have actually gone back and lightened up the hallways so that it is much brighter and inviting. The electricity bills are great! But there are concrete floors.

I am very happy to hear that the electric bills are great. Our community is very well insulated which helps with both the noise and the electricity bill amounts. Especially since that is something that we hear often regarding other communities that the bills are too high. We do have concrete floors on all of our units because that fits in with a true loft contemporary upscale look. We also find that people find these floors easier to clean versus carpet or hardwood floors. I do have some recommendations for beautiful rugs which can help with the concrete floors. If you would like I can call you and we can discuss different ideas for rugs and you can also come look at our models to see the benefits of purchasing rugs. When I originally moved in, I totally would recommend it. Right now, I would not recommend it. Too much money for all the problems and lack of amenities it currently offers. I would like to change my mind, and I hope things get better over the next few months.

I referred several friends recently, however they moved to other communities because they said the rent was too high for what you get in an apartment. They got better deals elsewhere.

For the price, I'd probably suggest another location and something with better amenities IN UNIT, like real-sized washer/dryers. PS...they have a similar footprint as the micro "full-sized" units you have now.

For the price, we were expecting a little more. The stainless steel utilities are only on the top floor (lucky for us we were able to get a top floor). The office staff is not as available as I would like. These are pretty good apartments but not the best for 1400$.
