While I was not fond of the feel of the apartments and community, the agent was professional and had very good knowledge of the community and the history behind it.

If I were a real customer and wanted to live downtown, this would be a nice place to live. It was very different from your typical apartment community and had a lot to offer. If you liked cement floors and beams showing on and concrete walls with no rugs, but upgraded with nice cabinets and granite counter tops, this would be for you. This community had a lot of history, which was very interesting. I thought I was given a great presentation and the history of the Catholic Hospital that was originally there and how they renovated the buildings into apartments.

I like the location but the price I pay in rent there are newer apartments on the area that cater to a more luxurious experience

The leasing professional provided a polished and detailed presentation of two model apartments, one of which was in an historic building and a community that was quiet and had preserved green space. I would definitely tell others about this community.

This was a beautiful community and the fact that you could choose loft living over a regular midrise was an added plus.

I would definitely lease with them and refer others to do so.

I have the frequent occasion to make recommendations to employees at MD Anderson and have spoken less positively about the building due to relatively poor maintenance of amenities. I don't care at all about food trucks or yoga, I want a clean, reliably functional building with strong security.

The whole staff made the place feel happy and welcoming. There was a great feel about the community overall and I had a great experience.

After easily locating the community and it was in good condition, with adequate signage and a neat and trim appearance. The community amenities were clean, attractive and my overall impression was a positive one. The Leasing Professional was friendly.
