Could be so much better!
This place was great in 2013 for about a month and then it just went down hill. They have elevators break weekly, if you have an issue with an apartment they say it will get fixed but then noone will come fix it, then if management sees something they remotely don't like they will send a passive aggressive email out even though it was probably their fault the problem started. They are a little bit out of touch with reality when it comes to their prices and what they offer compared to most places. I I wouldn't recommend it

My only hesitation would be the cleanliness of the parking deck. I would recommend it but with the caveat that it is a pain point with me.

The frequent problems with things like elevators, the bi weekly trash pile in the lobby because you don't anticipate the shopper fliers etc is making me much less happy.

The community location was very good. It was very close to the medical district. The amenities were up to standard and open 24 hours, which would be very convenient.

I CALL IT HOME.
I have been living at the Marquis Lofts for 10 months and it has been wonderful. The management staff is competent and polite. They respond quickly to issues such as refrigerators and disposer: it’s been my experience the same day. The grounds are clean and well kept. The pool was recently refurbished so it is ready for the summer.
On occasion, management will have wine tasting parties in the Cyber Café and other social events like pizza night and donuts for breakfast. This has allowed me make friends at the complex. I like running and weight training, the running trails at Hermann Park is across the street and the gym is well equipped and maintained. I plan on renewing my lease as I have found living here as been most enjoyable….I call it Home.

I would recommend it because it has great amenities and is beautiful. But the neighbors are loud and it's not an environment conducive to studying.

The noise is a big problem with some residents. Office staff is really good at managing the issue.

The location is perfect. The apartments are great. When it comes to tenant needs or out-of-the-ordinary issues that pop up, forget it. All you can count on is the runaround and little to no help at all.
