I love the location and it has everything I need in an apartment complex. Love the pool and the employees! All so nice and welcoming.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone because after tirelessly complaining about the noise and not being able to sleep nothing has been fixed.

Would because of its features and maintence but would not because it's insanely expensive

It was an ideal community to live in. It had a residential feel yet enough privacy for each apartment home. The leasing professionals were very friendly and warm. The convenience of the community to many entertainment and recreational locations was also great.

I would recommend this complex for its customer service - I think that's the best feature. However, at least my apartment feels like it has had a large number of dysfunctional appliances (which were all fixed promptly, again due to great customer service).

Rental rates may be a little too high

The complex is relatively clean, safe, and quiet; however, the rent is not reflective of the age of the apartments or maintenance required regularly.

The noise from neighbors and the pool below has been worse than any other mid rise I have ever lived in.

Overcharging and fees that are not included in your signed lease rent that pop up. $20-$30 worth. Dog feces outside my patio and window. Which means I can't open either one of them for the sake of my apt not smelling. Beautiful apartment in the inside and outside. Lovely amenities. Close to variety of venues (Miller outdoor theater) But what counts most is not overcharging all of a sudden and the keeping the areas clean

I do like this apartment community and I love the park location. The front office is really great and this is a nice place.

The community is beautiful. The amenities and grounds were impeccably kept. The staff was warm and inviting.

As with any apartment complex many of the problems are with the residents and not the complex, facilities, its personnel or the management company. Tenants tend to blame the company for their own failings and their neighbors.

The Marquis team has their leasing and management offices in the tower. They are accessible and responsive. Sure there are some disconnects, but they are becoming fewer and fewer. They are steadily improving the complex and their customer care.

The management has been open to tenant suggestions and have dramatically improved the atmosphere in the building through proactive communications with the tenants. They send notices about issues before tenants stumble upon them. They send updates to keep us informed. There's always room for improvement, but they are winning the war.

They have increased enforcement of the complex's rules to improve the overall enjoyment of the facility. They have addressed building safety and security. Doors that were broken have been fixed. Garage security is improved. Security cameras have been installed to reduce theft and vandalism in the garage. This also increases tenant security,

They are continuing to develop a sense of neighborhood. This is good! Social events and walk-by's (pick up a personal pizza after work) mean the tenants get to see each other. People are beginning to know each other.

The Marquis Lofts at Hermann Park is a decent facility. It's not really luxury. It's a little rough around the edges. Very rough in the tower. That's sort of cool unto itself. The management company works hard and is making significant progress. They are quick to maintain tenant apartments, and are improving maintenance of common areas. The rent is a lot less than other apartments near the park. The level of luxury, security, amenities, common spaces, etc. are much less too. It's a good value!
