The office personnel is really great, friendly and helpful at all times. The location is super centric and close to everything that one may need, which also makes it feel a lot more safe. The apartment design is also very modern and space efficient... Overall, it's just a really great!

Although both agents failed to greet me, after interacting with them both, they were kind and professional. They cared about what I desired for my next living space. The property was well maintained and all the amenities would be beneficial to my lifestyle as well.

The community was nice, but I had trouble finding parking. Although the community itself was nice and seemed to be quiet for a Saturday, I think it would be a great place to live for those working in the medical center and looking for a nice place to call home.
Thanks for your positive feedback. With a four level parking garage there is plenty of resident parking. Most of the mid-rises even have parking on the same level as their apartment.

Depends on what they're looking for. This place is great for people with big dogs that want to be very close to the med center.
With concrete floors, a dog park and proximity to Hermann Park we are very popular with dog (small ones too) owners. Thanks for your comments.

Above issues never changing, security, general cleanliness of hallways, trash in mailroom, etc

Amenities not worth the sticker price
We feel we are competitive in our market. There are newer properties with high end amenities but their higher rates will reflect it.

Liked the new management , definitely noticed a lot of improvement after Marquis took over.
