The community had insurance requirements that I would not want to adhere to.

This property comes highly recommended. The amenities were totally top of the line and very well thought out. The up keep of the common areas where flawless. The staff was knowledgeable, very courteous and friendly. The community is truly resort living at it's best.

It is a beautiful community and the apartment was more than adequate but I think the rent is very high, particularly in this economic situation. I also feel that having to pay $21.50 over and above rent for water, sewer, and garbage is not good.

This community is fabulous. The office, community center and apartments are given to detail. It is obvious why it is called The Retreat, because it lives up to its name. This would be a wonderful place to call home.

I really thought the community was awesome. I was very glad to see that apartment living could be so much more that just four walls and that I could really be part of a community with all the features I would want in a modern home. I do think the rent was a bit high, but I do not live in Jacksonville so I it might have been just the difference in the cost of living. Exceptional property!
