I always recommend this place to my friends and family looking for a nice apartment

The community is clean with attractive and well manicured landscaping. The club house and pool area are terrific.

It's a safe and enjoyable place to live.

I think i would recommend this place. I've had more positive experiences than negative.

It can be a little pricey, but the location is great. And so is the gym.

I would not recommend this place because it's too expensive, too loud, too many bugs, thin walls and ceilings.

From what I have said above with bugs and the garbage issue, I wouldn't recommend it but I do really like the layout of our unit.

I would recommend because the area feels very safe, office personnel is great, the apartment layouts are amazing, and its an area that is accessible to town center area and beaches.

I would for the cute apartments and good location. Would not because of the little things listed above that may or may not bother some, but do bother me. Have recommended it though! :)

friendly staff

The apartments are very nice and well kept. The grounds are very nice. Staff is attentive and personable.

I would recommend this as a temporary residence. Not to someone that is looking for a permanent place to live.

Would not: the noise level is a huge negative for me. For that reason alone I'd not recommend this place.

the apartments are kept clean for the most part, they are convenient to everything and the prices are good as well.
