We RARELY have parking near our apartment. Gate is ALWAYS broken. Nonresidents sneaking in the gate and taking resident parking. Office staff doesn't communicate with you if there are any issues whatsoever. Certain staff members are very unfriendly.

My only complaint is the ack of parking after 6 p.m. Either too many people are here that shouldn't be or we need more spaces.

The community is nice and I have enjoyed living here. The property managers handle problems well and effectively. Now that I have a dog, I wish they would have kept their promise in regards to a new shade structure in the dog park. Also, this is probably out of your control, but no one seems to pick up their dog poop, and it's annoying when you step in it playing with your dog at the park.

I love The Retreat at St. Johns. I've been here for 4 years and they always keep everything clean and up to date! The staff is super nice, they all know my name and always make me feel welcome if I ever need anything! With all that beig said, I feel very safe here!

Stronger internet service in business area, change stoves to flat top, add music to pool area, and not all residents pick up after dogs. Amenities, overall, are great, floorplans of apartments are awesome, and drawings for dropping rent early!

Mariel Rivera is amazing! She was over the top helpful to us in our apartment trasnfer, is super pleasant, and her customer service skills are outstanding! She went seemingly out of her way to help us.

The team is very responsive and works to keep the grounds in top shape. I have no issues other than occasional noisy neighbors.

I am very pleased with the management and upkeep of The Retreat at St. Johns. More community events (especially for children) would be great.

I love living at The Retreat at St. Johns. It's very clean and I feel safe. My leasing agent is awesome and makes living here enjoyable, her name is Mariel. I love the move theater, pool, and 24 hour gym, too! Staff is super friendly.

It is a good clean complex with a community of people that respect whwer they live. The maintenance staff is superb always timely & efficient. The office staff are great at addressing concerns & do their best to offer, fun enjoyable events.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love living here for the past 2 years. Keep areas clean and repaired.

I believe strongly tha the best aspect of The Retreat at St. Johns is the manager - Lauren. This woman is incredible - professional, personable, cheerful, hard-working, patient, understanding and sensitive the needs of her clientele. She always goes out of her way to be helpful and always has time to talk to anyone who comes to see her. She puts on no airs nor does she act superior with anyone. But she carries herself very confidently and professionaly in everything she does. Lauren makes the Retreat what it is - a place to come home to.

Change the apts from carpet to hardwood floors. Living on the ground floor, dirt is always being brought in to the apt and its almost imposisible to keep clean.

I have an out of area code phone number, as do many residents. Because of this, we do not get a "gate code" for guests to call & get in. All other complexes I've lived in can use non-local numbers... this system needs an upgrade. The stairwells/hallways are never cleaned. It grosses me out to walk up to my apartment.

Not enough parking for residents. Many times I hve to park outside of fence. There are no provisions for loyal renters on a fixed income. After paying rent for year(s) you are given a choice to pay your new price or leave. No loyalty!
