This is a great community. The grounds and building are in excellent condition. The floor plan is a great design and the quality of the finishes are excellent. The location of the property is very desirable. The rental rates are very reasonable and a great value.

We're sorry that you are experiencing problems with noise from your neighbors; please contact the main office number after hours to have our courtesy officer respond to any noise complaint. Due to Fair Housing laws, any applicant who meets our qualifying criteria is permitted to live at our community. However, we do not accept cosigners or guarantors at our community; therefore all applicants must qualify on their own. I am happy with my apartment, but I would not recommend based on the security gates. The physical layout of the gates is not conducive to using the security system when the gates actually function. The simple solution - become like other apartment complexes that have the remote gate access instead of the card (which requires you to go over the speed bump & halt in the narrow space in front of the gate and then open your window to swipe the card). The gate also doesn't use out of state numbers. Other apartment complexes don't have that problem. It's time to join the 21st century with remote access and the ability to call all USA numbers.

Good especially for folks who need three bedrooms as many new communities in the area are limited to two bedrooms. Strong management, good staff. Good management company. Good location.

The property had an excellent appearance. The amenities were in great repair and clean. The apartment's floor plan effectively used the space and was an open floor plan. The associate was excellent. She had a personality that I immediately liked. She identified my needs and wants. She compared the needs to the features.

I would recommend this apartment because the apartments are spacious and greatly equipped, on the other hand the noise level makes me feel like I live in a low income or poverty area.
