The apartment community was very lovely and modern. The attention to details in the model were exceptional. The amenities, such as the theater were a wonderful idea, while the gym was only missing the personal trainer. The large pools made me want to continue my exercise, they were so clean and inviting. The landscaping was picture perfect. It would truly be a wonderful place to invite friends and relatives to visit.

The property was very impressive. Everything was clean and free from damage or clutter. The amenities were excellent. I really liked the movie theater best of all and the option to reserve it for friends and family. The service from the staff is commendable. They are welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely consider this my home.

The staff was accommodating and the amenities were great. So many places for residents to use outside their apartment, it was almost resort like.

I thought the community had everything anyone could ask for. It had a the flare of a resort but yet a nice place to call home.

The apartment model was beautiful and modern. The exterior felt older. The streets were narrow and there was way more pavement than green and grassy areas. There were a few trees here and there with other nice landscaping touches, but none of it seemed very homey or inviting. The big pond was beautiful to look at but there was no dock, no wildlife, no trees, and no benches. The play park was very small. I was disappointed to see that the exterior of the buildings were in need of pressure washing and some wood repair around the columns. Overall, The Retreat would be pretty low on my list of putting down a deposit at now.

The amenities offered was great and the information about the amenities was given in a favorable way, but nothing was done to personalize the experience for me. Although I talked about what I was looking for, nothing was done to show how the amenities would make my life here better than someplace else. So the presentation was good, but the initial phone call and the lack of tailoring the community to my needs makes this just another apartment community.

The community was very neat and clean. The staff was friendly and energetic. The services that were shown to me were a great value for the price. Urgency was expressed and I would have leased an apartment from them based on the great experience given to me.

I would have loved to rent at this property. It was conveniently located, well maintained with great curb appeal, and the leasing staff was very helpful. The apartment model I viewed had a very comfortable and practical floor plan and the quality was excellent for the price. The amenities added much value and more. I had a very positive experience at this property.

The community seemed more like a resort rather than a hotel. The grounds were flawless and well maintained. The customer service was good.

The leasing agents whom assisted me on the telephone and on-site were genuine. The on-site leasing agent took time to show me around and demonstrate everything available to me. Residents at this location gave me the impression they loved living there.
