Friendly, prompt staff. Grounds and apartments are beautiful. We love the amenities and use them often. The sticks for the pool table could be replaced. Otherwise, we are very happy here!

Mary is my leasing person. I renewed with her three times. She always gets things right and is very nice. It would be nice to have some weekday activities for adults. I would like to see us have some seasonal community yard sales! Quarterly or just be able to ahve one of our own.

There is not enough parking. Jose is great, very friendly. Survey was not delivered before the deadline.

I find that the overall appearance in the exterior has declined in the last year. The lawn care, flowers, and grass has deteriorated as well as being no gutters on building when it rains. I am on the first floor and mud and old mulch come up on my proch. I have requested marble rock or heavier mulch be placed but nothing has been done. Computers are broken in the business center and the pool chairs, lounge chairs and tables look old and some falling apart.

Visiting The Retreat felt as if I was actually going to live in a retreat. The community and apartments live up to the name. The layout and utilization of the space in the apartment were thoughtfully designed. The staff were warm and personable, genuinely showing that they cared.

My experience was great. The agent was professional and polite. She made me feel welcome and that I would enjoy staying there. She made sure my needs were met. The community was nice and clean. Overall, everything was great.

The community was well maintained and comfortable. Everything was clean, well kept and visually appealing. The floor plans were creative and unique and more options were offered there than the average community. I was told they are pet friendly also.

The trash collection is awful. There have been several times that my trash has not been picked up. Once it had not been picked up for a week in which case maggots were in my trash bin. I was told that I would receive a full refund for that month and to date, seven months later, I have not received my refund even though I have made the request several times verbally and in writing to the Apartment Complex Manager and the Manager of the Trash Service Company.

It's dirty and people don't clean up after their dogs and neither does maintenance.

It's a great place to live

A friendly comfortable place to live. Convenient to both downtown and the beaches the location is excellent.
