The amenities were exceptional. The gym was well taken care of and full of good equipment. The grounds look like they were well taken care of. The apartment had a wonderful spaciousness to it. I love the balconies and the view that came with it. The rooftop as an area to hang out on was wonderful as well. This would be a wonderful place to live.

This community was in a great location close to downtown. The leasing professional was great and gave me a really good presentation.

You are savages with the towing situation. If your going to be so stern about parking - wouldn't it make since to dedicate 3 spots for your residents for 10 min drop/pickup? Instead if a residnet parks in the lot for 3 minutes to grab something they get towed in they're OWN residence? It truly is a sad situation because there towing company seems more desperate than anything I've ever seen.

We are really only trying to ensure that residents who pay for parking, have a space to park. We do have the 10 minute loading zone, but unfortunately some residents choose to take advantage of the allotted time given. We appreciate your patience, and willingness to work with us. I would not want my family or friends to live in a unit that comes along with questionable parking, hands off and terribly rude office personal, or outdated appliances and windows. These all add on to the costs of living here which raises the actual cost of living from these units much higher than originally believed. Between truck towing, low efficiency appliances and windows, and constantly paying for amenities that are unusable we feel it is better to pay slightly more and know where the extra costs are coming from then to continuously have unexpected expenses pop up from these units.

I would most likely recommend the community to my family, friends, and acquaintances because I loved the great apartment features, such as the vinyl floor, kitchen island, and huge living space. I also loved the community amenities and the community's strategic location to shops, grocery stores, and other places of interest.

I would recommend it for the location. I would not recommend it for the quality you get for the money you spend.

It is just run down and the walls are thin. The rent is too expensive and the noise in the surrounding area is awful.
We would be happy to review any items with you that are in need of repair. We take a lot of pride in keeping things updated, while also maintaining lower rental rates than other communities in our area. If there is an opportunity to improve, we would love to get more information from you.

The Marquis at the Parkway Apartments in Denver, Colorado is an awesome place to call home because, it is four blocks from light rail, a ten minute walk to downtown and best of all the Parkway has a pool and a hot tub. The hot tub is open year round which is nice. Also, parking fees for the garage are very reasonable. By the way, the Parkway is one block from a grocery store and a main bike/walking path.
