Ok

Nice place for the most part but have had problems since day 1 of the leasing process with IT. Our account snapshot NEVER states the actual amount that's due and we continuously get phone calls about this. Technical issues are not my problem and I don't appreciate being constantly contacted to pay something that doesn't reflect in my statement.

The community is dated, but has been remodeled substantially to make it more appealing to today's renters. The location is very close to downtown, but far enough away for on-street parking to be plentiful.

Great service and location

I spent two years here. I loved being right downtown!! Location is great. I recently dealt with Savannah. She was incredibly helpful and friendly! Made an annoying process feel relaxed.

would recommend something more spacious and affordable with more respectful residents though I appreciate that the parkway follows up on noise complaints as best they can.

The office hours are terrible. You need to open up earlier than 10. Most of your residents are at work or school by then. And you need to have the clubhouse open later than 8 especially if a resident wants to rent it out and is paying for it. i will gladly pay to have my friends enjoy my home in the clubhouse versus disturbing my neighbors late at night because i can't have a party past 8 oclock.

The building has nice amenities and is in a nice walkable location so I'd recommend it for people who value being close to downtown and the bike bath. I would not recommend it to light sleepers as the hallways still get very loud on Friday and Saturday nights when the drunks stumble home. I also don't know if I'd recommend it to people with school age children. Nothing to do with the building itself but unfortunately it's located in one of the worst school districts in the city.

I don't have much issue being at the end of the hall but noise in the hallway is easily heard in the apartment. Additionally the street noise can be bad at time
