I think it's a great place. I always tell everyone about it. I've lived here for almost 4 years and have never really had an issue. People who visit my place always love it and I think we have a lot of great amenities.

I would on the basis of amenities. But as far as rent and such I feel it is overpriced.

I would probably recommend this apartment as a good place to meet young people. But I would not recommend it because of the prices.

The day I moved in the staff was rude, unprofessional and had been telling their new tenants inaccurate information. So regardless of how many times I called to make sure I had everything taken care of before move in day and they reassured me I had everything taken care of, I had a slew of things left to do on my first day there. They proceeded to be rude and intimidating every time I walked into the club house which made me feel extremely unwelcome. The heater did not work the entire time I lived there and we had to have maintenance in there weekly if not by weekly, till I just gave up. The problem was never fixed. I have sat on the phone trying to reach them and no one will answer. Neighbors have spotted me moving out and their responses have all been 'Oh have you had it with them, too?'

It's a college dorm! If I just knew that before moving in, I wouldn't have!

I love the Parkway because, it is a great location from downtown Denver! All of the staff at the Parkway, make it "the place" to call home in downtown Denver, CO!!!!!!

The community was in an interesting location; it was a residential oasis right in the busiest part of Denver. I didn't know about the area before, and it was nice to discover a quiet yet convenient part of town.

Even if I recommended them, my friends hear and see my experience and would never choose to live there. Turnover is very high mainly due to the office staff.

Maybe for a college student, but much cheaper options with better upkeep are out there.

would recommend for great location, awesome ammenities, nice floor plan layouts, maintenance help is excellent. night time security are nice, but a little intimidating toward females. they need to realize they are there for our protection not to scare us and make us feel inferior. Night time security seem to be on a huge power stroke and need to be reminded why they are there.

I enjoyed the location of the community and loved the view from the apartment.
