Because of the proximity to the community college, many of the residents are pretty young and can be obnoxious and disrespectful to their neighbors and the property.

I am fairly tolerant of neighbor noise and trash. However, there is no denying that the number of college kids living in these buildings creates an atmosphere that is somewhat less than "adult." They are loud, they leave trash in the halls, they all own dogs that they are in no position to care for emotionally, etc. I can live here, many of my friends could not.

These apartments were in the downtown area without the sky high prices, very affordable. The apartments had great outside amenities unlike any other community I had seen in the area. The floor plans were unique. I would recommend this community to others.

If it's an older person who enjoys peace and quiet, I would not suggest this complex, as it is full of what appears to be loud-mouthed college kids who stay up late and make noise in doing so. To someone like myself, a noisy college kid who stays awake past midnight, I would highly recommend the apartment.

Parking for visitors is really hard. Appliances are outdated. Elevators are slow and break down often. Hot tub is only open half the time.

I wouldn't advise anyone in their late twenties and beyond to live here--it is so much like a college dorm. Super noisy, messy and overall not very 'grown up'

It is affordable, quiet, and a good location. Is not exactly luxury apartments, but for the cost and the previously mentioned positive traits, I would recommend.

The laundry facilities - managed by a third party company are terrible. Machines are broken and with three different requests they have never been serviced. Tenants are very special in my building and it is challenging.
Disrespect towards neighbors is definitely not something we tolerate here. If this should occur after hours, please reach out to Signal 88 our courtesy patrol company to stop it immediately. Thanks!
