Amenities are always broken. Never finished renovations of patio areas as promised. Cannot seem to fix a garage gate from making noise. No composition or credit when you take amenities away. Somehow have not been able to figure out an efficient package delivery system.

the Marquis community has been a very positive experience for our family. My daughters have felt welcomed and have learned so much about being in community. We love the location, the view and the personnel, which has improved a lot with the new management that took over last fall.

I would recommend it because you can occasionally find move in deals, the location is great, the shuttle, gym and parkway cares team events are great. I would not recommend it because the laundry machines, pool and hot tub break down constantly, the front desk is not always accountable for what's going on, and the bike parking area is a horrible nightmare.

We have not heard any complaints about the bike parking. Is there any service requests you would like me to place for you?

4 years ago I would've given this a 10. I don't care that there are problems with the complex; problems happen. It's about how you handle those problems. Nobody here anymore knows how to handle these little fixes. I could've called 3 friends and had every single "improvement" made to these apartments in half the time with twice the quality. Note - it doesn't take 4 years to get a hot tub working year round. If the vendor parts are rare due to outdated equipment, then you spend the extra money and get modern equipment. It's that simple.

The elevators constantly not working is extremely frustrating, especially because I have an older dog I need to walk and it is hard for her to walk up and down 9 flights of stairs to get outside to use the bathroom.

Never! This place is terrible. Office staff are rude! Everything is always broken! I don't think you should even advertise elevators!

Irresponsible, noisy tenants make this community an unattractive option.

First off, only having access from 10 - 6 pm to retrieve packages is a joke. I hate walking down the hallway as it forever reeks of weed, and is intolerably hot! The pool not being open all last summer was rediculpus! Now... It is open, then not open... very frustrating! I don't use the workout facility as you took away my 2 favorite machines and the doors are forever open -when it is 90+ degrees, I want air conditioning, not heat! Everything in my apartment is dated, scratched, and falling apart. All of my closet rods have fallen down and had to be replaced.

We appreciate your patience while we have been understaffed.
We are in the process of hiring a new concierge. Once that role is filled we will be able to keep the office opened longer.

You are more then welcome to close the garage doors in the Gym. They are for residents to use. What Machines were your favorite? We are always taking in suggestions for future renovations.

Should you ever find interest in our new renovated apartments please let us know. We would be more then happy to give you a tour.

This is a lovely community. The leasing office building looks like a resort as does the pool area. The apartments are large. The closets are large, the kitchen is a good size and the patio is especially large.
