The community offered a wide variety of homes facing various directions to allow for energy efficiency in each apartment.

If you want anything done...ask for Amber. Parking is a mess and no effort is made to tow abandoned vehicles or produce adequate motorcycle parking (tenants save their spots by parking a motorcycle in a space then parking their car in front of it). The parking area is easily accessible to outside elements (the door is broken or left open too much). Too many reserved spaces are unused, putting additional weight on the already crowded system. The grounds are not walked daily; trash in the hall can sit for the weekend or on the external grounds. The gating system is antiquated and frequently broken, allowing anyone to enter (the system is not maintained by the complex, so it may take days to fix). Internal events are posted the same day, via paper stuck to your door. First, that's too late of a notice (use the email system). Secondly, it advertises to others if the apartment is vacant or the tenant is not home (allow tenants to opt out or receive communication via email. This can be resolved by a simple sticker on the door.

The leasing professional did a great job, and she was obviously very passionate about her job. The clubhouse and fitness center were above any I have seen so far.

The phone conversation was very pleasant and cheerful. I found the property mainly because of the good directions given by Andrew. The greeting and walk through the office and a few of the amenities was thorough. There was very little dead air before we got to the unit. Then the wheels fell off and he stayed in the dinning room while I toured the rest of the unit by my self. I found this odd because he had been great up until that moment.

After touring the community, I would be happy to call it home. The location, the staff, and its surrounding area made it a gem.
