Marissa is the only staff member that has shown outstanding performance at all times and always gets things done right the first time and is always very approachable. Marissa is always happy, good attitude and very knowledgeable. The maintenance staff is great especially Sergio , he is always on top of things and gets things taken care of quickly with a great attitude.

I only lived here a year, but it was an awesome experience. Friendly and helpful management, packages were easy to pick up from the office, maintenance staff fixed any issues within 24 hours, and the apartment was great.

I rarely heard any neighbors pets street noise. My balcony overlooked a small courtyard and was perfect for relaxing outside. And I had plenty of closets for storage, great new appliances, amazing counters, and hookups for washer dryer. Insulation must have been really well done, because for my 950 sq ft apartment, my electric bill averaged 50 for the whole year, peaking during the winter at 75. Not bad at all for the amount I used AC heating.

The only warning I have is water pressure if you care about a lot of pressure in the shower, they have low flow conservation heads limiting the pressure and the pressure isn't that high to begin with . On the positive side, my water bill totaled to roughly 10- 20 per month, and the pressure was fine for me.

I would definitely recommend Prairie Crossing. You're 8 minutes away from Gloria's, Flying Saucer, and a bunch of other Addison restaurants and bars. It's about 20 minutes to any place in downtown Dallas, and only about 20 minutes from Irving.

Overall, I thought that the community was reasonably priced and that it was in good condition. Some of the appliances were in need of upgrades, but overall, the apartments were appealing. The community offered a lot of activities for its residents.

I was impressed with the six story garage and elevator. The guest suite for family members to visit was an extra plus to the community. Having a key to enter the doors on the first floor is an added since of security.

The community was a luxurious apartment living community. It was a village-like community centrally located to easily access many fine dining venues, nightlife of Addison, well-known shopping, and major freeways. Their community offered floor plans that provided space with modern features. The community itself was well maintained and amenities were inviting. My impression of the staff was they were trained to provide excellent services. They were helpful and like-able.
