I've been here a little more than 2 months and I am happy with everything. There is just one thing that I would like to point out as a comparison with other new communities - Most communities have a drinking filtered water outlet in the kitchen, mostly via the refrigerator which can dispense ice and water. If that is something that can be accommodated in our apartments using either that type of refrigerator or a direct filtered water outlet , it would really match up with other communities as a strong point of sale

The staff was very friendly and the consultant assisting me was full of smiles and energy. Being someone that was moving from a single family rental home in the suburbs, I was not too excited about all the corridors that led to the apartments.

The staff is wonderful and my apartment is one of the quietest I have ever lived in. The location is very centrally located and shopping is close by. This is one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

So far I would say our stay has been pleasant. There are no noisy neighbors. Maintenance requests take a little time but I guess its the same with all the apartments. the building is kept clean most of the time. Staff is very helpful which I would say is a big plus. Overall its a nice place to rent.

It is a nice place, the only problem is that some pet owners never pick up after their pets

The staff are great and friendly. Maintenance is done on time and correctly. The location is great for commuting to work and social activities. The parking garage has wide spaces and has plenty of spots on your floor. This apartment has been the best apartment complex I have lived in.

I would have leased there because the leasing professional was very friendly and genuine and she did an excellent job of showing the community, and the property itself was outstanding.

Prairie Crossing is a great place to live. It is a quiet apartment building with awesome staff that are extremely helpful. If we ever have a problem with something in our apartment the maintenance staff are so quick to fix whatever is broken.

It's a great place to live with an excellent staff. The parking garage is nice to use, it takes a little getting used to. The apartments are spacious and well priced and the grounds are always nice looking.
