I would have leased an apartment based on the Leasing Professional's presentation.

Based on the presentation and what the community had to offer I would recommend the community. The agent presented the apartment effectively and had a lot to offer and a lot of energy.

It was a nice community. The renovations are really going to add some extra appeal. It was a great location and well maintained.

This community was located away from the main roads. It was an attractive community. I loved the mature trees, landscaping and the apartment that I was shown.

Prairie Crossing in a Farmers Branch was a quiet community that had floor plans with lots of storage space.

Overall the property was adequate, it looked to be pretty quiet.

The property itself was tucked away in a great location that was close to everything, yet you feel secluded. It was a very nice property.

This community offered spacious floor plans with modern and chic appliances, designer-inspired touches, infinity edge courtyard pool, fully equipped fitness center, and retail at your doorstep. My impression of the leasing professional and community itself was positive one.

The agent was friendly and had a great personality. My questions were answered and the tour was not rushed. I felt comfortable talking with her and she seemed comfortable speaking and engaging with me.

The staff was great. Both ladies were nice and engaging on the phone and in person. The property was beautiful. The model was decorated beautifully and made me want to move in. I loved the high ceilings and how spacious the floor plan was. I wish I would have been able to see the model with the loft because that was something I have not seen in any other apartments and would be a nice addition to see. I would move in right away but the prices are very steep.

While on the tour, the agent did not tell me benefits of apartment features. I felt it was a "take it or leave it" type of tour. the tour was rushed and it seemed as if I was interrupting her. She did not even stand to greet me, as I walked through the door. She made eye contact with me and knew I was coming for leasing information. If that was the level of service they offer prospects, I would not want to live there.
