The rent is very high for not getting more amenities or for the amenities not being up to par. The pool and hot tub have been out several times, there is dog poop everywhere on the grounds and parking is limited for guests.

I wouldnt recommend it because of the price and lack of natural sunlight.

Yet the amenities are upgraded, and the location is convenient if you like the area, I personally do not believe it ijscreasonablybpriced based on square footage. Especially for raising the rates so much.

Overall I felt welcome at the property, I felt that the community was beautiful and in a convenient location. I thought the leasing agent did a great job. But I also felt the price was a little high for the space, I understand that the close proximity to downtown plays an important role, but I thought that some concession was needed based on the fact that certain (what seemed like cheaper products were used like faux granite, wood paneling) should reduce the price.
