I work about 200 other 20 - 30 years olds and we talk about apartments all the time. I used to recommend the apartment, but given the rent increases, it's difficult for me to recommend anymore. I like this place, but don't know if I would recommend it to any of my friends, despite it being super close to our work, which is great.

I would certainly consider leasing this property because it was neat, clean, in a great neighborhood and there was a nice layout to the apartment. The amenities were nice and the staff was very friendly and kind.

The apartment community offered a variety of floor plans and had a lot of amenities, including a pool area, fitness center and areas for pets. It was located around many shops and restaurants in the area. It was a place where I could see myself living.

I was amazed at all the amenities the community offered, and the underground parking was a plus in my eyesight. I really enjoyed visiting the community and I would love to call it home.

It was a great community with beautiful amenities and in a wonderful neighborhood. The property was very clean and well maintained. The apartments were very nice and roomy. The agent was great, thorough in her presentation and offered options to choose from. I would definitely choose Marquis at State Thomas as my next home!

The quality of construction and that it is not very sound proof.
