The staff here are welcoming and friendly. The front office especially makes an effort to get to know the residents and their fur babies by name and are always helpful and prompt with any questions or requests.

Nice community in a great location by restaurants and bars. I was not taken on tour of the amenities or an apartment so I do not know how they looked.

Everyone in the leasing office is extremely attentive, and maintenance requests are fulfilled very timely. All of the apartments are very nice with nice finishes.

I still like living at Marquis and on a daily basis it does meet my needs. I have been here for almost 2 years. My first year here I thought the community was outstanding and went far beyond my expectations. The staff and resident interactions made it easy to meet your neighbors. Over the last year, it seems that there has been less community engaging events and less of an emphasis on building that culture.
