I felt that the agent was very invested in helping me find just the right apartment because she continued to ascertain what all my wants and needs in an apartment were. She did that by continuing to get me to talk about it both to and from the apartment. I would have rented the apartment on the spot.

Just like my above comment. The parking garage is too small, too many double parking and stress of wondering if you'll have a spot. For those that could care less about this and just as happily content to park on the street of course this won't be an issue or for those that like get home early and walk everywhere in Uptown it won't be an issue. In general, when anyone asks for places to look at, I tell them to make it the first place they look at.

I feel the frequent fire alarm issues and problems with accessing doors and garage gates with our key fob is a problem we shouldn't be having when we are boating this much money to live in this community.

When I was looking for an apartment, safety was the #1 priority - there is key-faab access everywhere and the community is safe
It is close to the McKinney, main street in uptown and state-thomas area but I never hear the noise. And barely hear the freeway even though it is close to 75 and 35.
The stainless steel appliances, laundry appliances included, dark cheerywood cabinets and granite counters are really great if someone is looking for a newer, quality apartment

I would recommend this community based on it's location. I would not recommend this community to someone wanting to live in a community with lots of amenities and higher end apartment living.

Overall I've enjoyed the apartment, the pool and the gym facilities. The coffee in the community area is nice too.

This is beautiful upscale community with the feel of a small village. The location is outstanding. It is walking distance to the Arts District and the park. The whole neighborhood is filled with shops and restaurants and is walking distance from the Trolley that runs through Uptown.

Very nice community & I feel safe. No young & loud college kids making a lot of noise. Good, respectful neighbors. From my experience, most people just mind their own business & keep to themselves.

Overall I have a good experience here. The location is great. The main downsides I would mention to friends are the prices and noise level. In addition, I have occasional pest problems even though I keep a clean apartment. I did not have such problems at my former apartment.

Really like the place, and think it is currently a good value. However, with new properties coming onto the market and rent specials at other competitors in uptown, the price is starting to be a bit high for the value.

The only downside to these apartments is that they are not reasonably priced. Honestly, I could go further into the heart of downtown Dallas and find a better apartment for a comparable price, maybe even a better price.

This is a very nice community in Uptown. If Uptown appeals to you, this might be a good fit.
