I was completely blown away by the apartment. This apartment had an appeal that was very unique and unexpected for an apartment. It felt more like a home than an apartment and was completely set apart in a league of its own. This community and apartment had a woodsy feel. The leasing professional was as exceptional as the apartment I saw.

Overall it was the best tour. The agent was excited for the product even though it probably could sell itself. She gave me everything I asked for. The apartments were older but had excellent views and had neat architectural features. I would have recommended the community to anyone and would definitely live there.

Despite the fact that there is much room for improvement, the ambience, seeming tranquility, wooded setting, location, and great staff here make it a very comfortable home.

The pool and grills are not normally cleaned and maintained. The lights at both entrances are out quite a bit which makes it very dark. The landscaping and ground maintainace could use some updating.

The pool is cleaned every morning and with this amazing weather we've been having (and with the added winds and cool fronts) the pool does tend to get leaves in it :) As for the grills, we'll make sure to focus on that each morning. The community was beautiful and well cared for. The scenic views were rare and amazing. I loved the woods and natural views. The apartments themselves were not that appealing. They were not modern but also did not look updated. The amenities were old and nothing superior to competitors. I enjoyed the tour and thought the staff was friendly and had alot of pride.

The views are amazing aren't they? We are built on Bull Creek Nature Preserve and wooded views are one of a kind. We have a lot of deer on property, birds, squirrels and bunnies. Always so sweet to see them on property.
Our community is built to condo specifications which offers 3 inches of concrete between apartments, always nice when you're apartment living.
Our amenities include two fitness centers (one for cardio and one for strength training). Strength training fitness center was recently renovated with new free weights, resistance bands, machinery, flooring and we installed a new sound system as well. It looks so great!
We have a beautiful dog park on property with a huge tree, benches and chairs and new mulch. Perfect for all our furry friends :)
We offer upgraded apartments as well. The upgrades include a backsplash in the kitchen, curved shower rod, updated lighting (with brush nickel details), 6 panel doors and framed out bathroom mirrors. It looks great!

I would have leased at the community based on the presentation. The community was clean and inviting and appeared to be well tended. The overall visit was pleasant from beginning to end and I felt cared for while my apartment needs were discussed.

The location, architecture, floor plan, relative quiet are excellent. Also opportunity to have garage for car and extra storage.
Wow! What lovely things to say about our community! We truly love it here and always want to make sure you're well taken care of. The location is great isn't it? It has great walkability. Randall's right down the street, Wells Fargo, Mangia's Pizza, Wally's Burgers and a neighborhood Walgreens as well.
The architecture is definitely one of a kind. Larry Peele is the best at that, isn't he?
We do offer garages as well and they're conveniently located throughout the community. As for carports, we offer those too and it's perfect for shaded coverage for your car and they're assigned!

To expensive. You can get a similar apartment at the domain (better location) for less money.
Hi there! Thank you for your review. I do understand that pricing is always a hot topic. Each apartment has gorgeous stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer connections, gas stove and amazing views.
We're built on Bull Creek Preserve and the wild life and trees/scenery are amazing. The on site hike and bike trail and was one of my favorite treasures at this community.

My experience at the community was generally pleasant. The community and the apartments themselves were beautiful, and while I was not shown the rest of the community, what I did see was very pleasant. They featured a lot of different amenities that I found very favorable and in line with the price. While the staff was very pleasant, there was not an exceptional amount of excitement or eagerness to have me lease an apartment on the day of my visit. The presentation was not tailored to my specific needs. They offered a good amount of amenities that might be perceived as just general in nature.
