Better security, adequate fencing. Some rules on parking to ensure it's shared in a better way.

This place is almost too good that I don't really want people to know about it. As people keep filling up units that decreases options for me to transfer and increases prices. It's a landlord's market for sure, and most apts stopped caring a long time ago because there is no shortage of demand. It's very strange to me that CWS is still in the habit of caring and trying to make residents happy. This is the exception in Austin. Very weird indeed.
