The apartment was very spacious, clean and newly renovated. However I question the value of the rent because it was so high and I didn't get to see all the amenities featured on the website.

It was a very lovely community, but they should limit the items in the hallway. There was a bike and a trash bag right by the vacant apartment that took away from its appeal. Deborah was sweet and nice. She was not the best leasing agent, but definitely good at her job.

The property was absolutely stunning. The view across the river was breathtaking and the apartments were just as gorgeous. The leasing agent was friendly and engaging. I felt as if she listed attentively to my needs and responded accordingly. I would definitely move into this property.

The community does not feature what most communities offer as far as amenities.

There was nothing spectacular to mention. There was lots of work going on around the property. The agent was adequate but not overwhelmingly pressuring. The lofts were nice but too small for the money
