While the community was clean, maintained and free from trash and debris, based on my overall interaction with the agent, I may or may not have leased at this location. The disconnect and perceived lack of interest made me feel like she was not genuinely interested in helping me.

The property was kept up with. It was free of trash. The management was really nice. The apartments sounded beautiful. There was a lot of shopping in the area. Everything was within reach.

The community itself is nice. I did not like the way Sarai presented it, nor did I like the idea of viewing the leasing office and attempting to see it as a one bedroom apartment.

The grounds were neat and well maintained. The apartment community is a walk-up.

The community looked to be maintained, but there was nothing that really stood out about it. The value was excellent for what you would get, especially for this area.

Overall, the community seemed very nice. The rooms were very small. The kitchen counter space was very small without enough room to move around in. The bathroom was small. The price was too high for the space it provided. The locations was great, but there were other places that were located in that area that provide much greater space for the same amount of money. The leasing agent was not energetic at all. She should have described all the amenities. She seemed very bothered. She did not engage in conversations with me, and at times, it was awkward, just like the telephone conversation.

This community was very quiet and peaceful. The layout was nice, and the outdoor patios added additional comfort. Having the water as your back yard is definitely a beautiful sight to see, as well as the stunning New York City skyline. The grounds were meticulously manicured. The plaza as a next door neighbor provides a wealth of convenience. Easy commute to New York by bus or ferry. Overall, it is a great community.

This is a beautiful community with beautiful and well groomed landscaping and luxurious apartments. There is a pool area, which has a gorgeous view of the Manhattan skyline. It is a community worth looking at if you are looking for an attractive home and has amenities that give a feeling that you are in vacation resort.

Same as above in addition to being in a good location. Transportation is easy to NY, close to ferry and directly on the bus to NYC, West NY, and GW bridge.
Close to shopping Trader's Joe, Whole Food, all nearby (groceries, restaurants, dry cleaners, pharmacies, ...etc)

The tour was fine, but it did not stand out.

I thought that it was a nice community. It's conveniently located, with lots of nearby stores and restaurants, and transportation to New York City and Hoboken is easily accessible. From what I saw, the apartments are comfortable and spacious, and you get a lot more room for your money than you would at other communities. But I thought there should have been more amenities. They only had a pool and a fitness center, and aside from the Riverwalk there were no other features that I thought were extraordinary. If you're the kind of person who prefers an all-inclusive community, where you don't have to leave the property to have a good time, then I would suggest looking elsewhere. But if you're the kind of person who likes to go out and explore, then maybe it would be a nice fit for you.

The community was located in a great area with lots of things to do nearby. I would be very likely to recommend this community to others.

The placement of this community is perfect. The pool and club house are attractive and the views are beautiful year round.
