The price of the property was too high for what they offer. Other properties in the area are nicer and offer more. The view and the seclusion of the property is a plus but with the competition in the area, I would not pay that rent if I can rent more resort like properties in the area. The staff was courteous and helpful. I got a positive experience from the people working there.

The community was beautiful as well as the landscape. I love the location, it was very quite and clean. The view of the city and the water was breath taking. The town home style of the apartments made you fell you were renting a house. The agent is a great leasing manager and you can tell she enjoys her job.

The agent was a sweetheart; she was great. However, the apartment I was shown was dated. The hardwood floors were a little bit fragile. It was very clean and well kept although it was a little older. It really appeared like a peaceful place to live and it was right on the waterfront and in walking distance to the ferry which is a major plus. I could make it work.

I was extremely impressed with the community and the way the agent made me feel upon arrival. Edgewater has always been considered an affluent community so I pre-judged what to expect. To my surprise, I was greeted with kindness, respect and the feeling of being happy that I was considering their community. I was impressed with the diversity and the opportunities available to the residents. The community offers something for everyone. The apartment was so beautiful with every amenity you could ask for. In reality, one would never have to leave the community for entertainment and the tranquility with Hudson River steps away, just added to the quaint and serene atmosphere. I loved everything about the community and would not venture to want to change anything.

The apartments shown to me were very nice. The kitchens were great and the living spaces were reasonable. The bathrooms were a good size, but the hardware in the shower looked inexpensive. For the amount being spent on the apartment, I would have expected more amenities. The pool area was a good size, but the gym was really small and a bit mediocre.

Lovely community. ALOT of space! Goodness, I have never seen so much on a tour.

This is an upscale, gated community right on the banks of the Hudson River. There is direct access to the Hudson River Walk, and shopping is within walking distance.

I would consider that community if I was looking for a new place to live. The community seemed very family orientated. Walking though the community all the residents greeted me or said hello. The community was very clean. The landscaping was well kept. The views were amazing. There were so many areas to shop that were within walking distance to the community. I did not notice any damaged property. Knowing that they planned on renovating and expanding the amenities would influence me to move to that community.

I liked the big balconies, fitness center and pool available to all residents. The riverside views were great for early morning weekend ups and late night day dreams. I enjoyed the close proximity to the ferries and downtown Manhattan.

My perceptions of the community were positive. It was very well kept up. The leasing professional's presentation was great and very thorough. She displayed all the amenities very well. I was very impressed with the overall presentation of the place.

I was not able to access the amenities or features of the community because there was no availability and we did not tour the property. The square footage of the apartment that was described was fairly large for a one bedroom. The leasing agent was kind and professional while providing me with information. She demonstrated a good knowledge of the apartments and ability to effectively interact with potential and current residents.

The community was a very nice apartment community. I would consider living there because it gave the feeling of home. They looked like condos, comfortable and surreal.

I found the agent pleasant and friendly. The community was appealing and well maintained.

I was not able to tour the community and did not view an apartment.

The community displayed a decent amount of amenities in return for the applicable rates, which I found to be affordable.
