The community amenities were appealing, I have never seen an apartment complex with an indoor half court or with an outdoor kitchen. The property was well maintained and the common areas were clean and in good repair. The leasing professional was pleasant. She had a nice personality and came across as sincere and genuinely happy to be helping prospective residents make a decision to choose their community. She could have made more effort to personalize the apartment and community to me. I would recommend this community to anyone who is seeking an apartment in the area and in this price range. It seems like a nice area with a good location and fair pricing.

I would recommend this apart. community because not only is it located in a great part of charlotte, but the staff is friendly, the buildings are kept up to date and the grounds are very clean.

Except for the price - I would recommend strongly. My rent has consistently been raised to now about $150/month more than what I was paying at move in - and I don't see what i am getting in terms of increased value for that!

UPDATE: As I am the renter that made the comment above, I wanted to say that upon this last lease renewal after I made that comment, I was thrilled to have several upgrades done to my apartment that have added loads of value to me personally: a new accent wall, "hardwood" flooring in the kitchen and bath, and upgraded counter tops. I would absolutely recommend The Preserve without reserve!

The community was located in an excellent area. The floor plan was gorgeous. The basketball court was very unique.

The community had several dark spots in the openings which is a little scary as someone renting. There was also not anything different from other apts to make me say wow. There is alot of people appeal and everyone looked friendly.
