The leasing professional made me feel at home and like family. The community offered a wide range of amenities such as a basketball court, tennis court, salt water pool and gas grills and charcoal grills throughout the community.

We also have a great maintenance team that will respond to residents' service requests within 24-hours. We also have some unique amenities as you pointed out including our 24-hour indoor basketball court and salt water pool with a spacious sundeck!

As a real customer, I was highly impressed with this community. The apartment was really great but the amenities were truly amazing. There were just so many things to do while still in the community. It appears to be a fantastic place to live and I would definitely live there or recommend to do so.

parking challenges in some buildings/units
Thank you for your comment. We currently have parking that is first come, first serve in front and to the sides of our buildings. Some buildings do have more parking than others. We also offer attached garage floor plans and detached garages for our residences' convenience.

I'm only here a few days and given the overpowering carpeting smell and the bugs I'm not ready to recommend the apartment at this point.
I am sorry to hear that the citrus smell from our carpet cleaning process irritated your senses, but I am glad that you found it dissipated shortly after moving in. Also, we have a pest control technician that comes on Tuesday's to service homes that need a general spray. We are happy to schedule this treatment on a Tuesday that works well for you.

Old place, poor management
For a few years this complex was run ok. Then about 3 years ago a new manager was hired and she got the complex up to date and took care of the residents. A real great manager. Then as life does, she got a promotion and moved on, that was about a year ago. Then another manager came on and he did less then nothing and things started going down hill. About 6 months ago he quit and the assistant manager was promoted. Now NOTHING gets done. The place is going down hill real fast. It is about 20 years old and is in need of constant care that it is NOT getting. There are a lot of new apartments being built in this area that I would suggest you look into. There is a great deal of resident turnover because of bad management and escalating rents. Unfortunately due to new business openings in the area, they can keep this place mostly filled, so they don't care about high turnover. My advise is to you, stay away and save yourself a double move. ps: I am out of here at the end of my lease....

the location is great, the apartments are great. staff is great. the only thing not great is the massive price increase from last year to this year.
We have been continually improving the interior of our homes as they come on the market in response to our demand. We strive to offer our residents the best value in the area!
