Atmosphere of this apartment is very good and it is near by shopping mole.

The pay-for-parking scenario is a huge turn-off for me, and would cause me to reconsider recommending.

Location is great, and neighborhood is nice

I was very happy with the community and its offerings. It was very well maintained and had a fresh and up to date feel. The leasing professional was excellent. She was very friendly and made me feel like I needed to live there. I would love to live in this community and would recommend it to others.

Lived here while transitioning into new home being built. The location is excellent. The administration was poor. If you rent here you need to count your keys that are handed out. Really understand that if your stay is extended for any reason the rate will escalate beyond what I thought was reasonable. I didn't know the increase until I got the last billing. I thought it was going to be the same rate but it increased by a lot, They don't communicate this information in a direct way. In my opinion really poorly managed. On a positive note the guys in the maintenance were very attentive and prompt. They have really large windows in the units so the power bill is huge for an apartment. We were on top floor so during winter is was good for we got our neighbors heat. But summer was brutal. Our power bill was as much as our old house we sold. We had the unit set on 66 degrees but it was hard to get the temp below 73 or 74. The maintenance guys were very helpful in getting us a portable AC to help. And they were very honest about the units being very difficult to cool. Administration did not mention that. Virtually everything is done online. If you are not computer savvy need to go somewhere else. Have to pay online and most service issues are done quicker if online.

The location is great. Rental increases have been relatively high. Apartments need upgrades - not just appliances but some internal stuff as well (water heaters, heat pumps, etc)

It was an absolutely beautiful community. I felt like I was on a resort. The leasing agent did a great job at presenting the place and informing me of all this place had to offer. I would definitely live there and recommend to others.

This complex is expensive, but the quality you get is not what you pay for. From the first look and from the outside, sure it looks nice. But once you move in, you find out quickly that the apartments are not well insulated, the appliances are old, run down and LOUD, and that when you mention any of this to the staff, you are seen as a nuisance.
If you move into your apartment at a good rate, beware, next year, the RENT WILL GO UP! Management will not work with you on the rates.
