The rent increases are much more than anticipated. This came as quite a shock when renewal lease was sent. I know that prices, mortgages, etc. increase, however; it really doesn't consider the tenant history. It almost seems like they just want the highest rate and would appear to just want new tenants yearly.

I would definitely lease an apartment there. It was a little out of my price range, though. The amenities were top notch, and I could tell I would enjoy living at the community. It really had that homey feeling.

Unfortunately, the abundance of families and children (and families that don't watch their children) seem to be prioritized over residents in good standing. This area is up and coming - I think children should have a safe place to play but this should not include busy roads or places without a sidewalk. The community has many areas for families and although we all have the same freedoms to use "what we are paying for" I think the single , working, adults within the community are quite shunned by the families within the community.

We are constantly striving to improve our property while maintaining a fair market value. I believe if you were to shop other communities in the area, you will find that our rates are very fair. Please stop by the leasing office before your renewal offer expires.

Overall, I feel like this place would be a nice place to live. It gave me a warm and comfortable feeling. The place seemed to be quiet, the grounds were beautiful, the amenities were decent for the area, the rates were reasonable for the area, and the office staff was all very friendly. The apartment homes were not as up-to-date like the newer apartment homes but they have been remodeled so I could tell that management took great pride in this community. I would love to call this place home.

some equipments are getting old and weoking no good such as garage door motor, refrigerator,ceiling fun in buth room ...

The community at Ballantyne Commons was like no other. It was in the perfect area and the residents seemed to be like a close knit family. The leasing professionals were superb and catered to your needs. They make the experience personalized so you do not feel like they are just going through the motions.
