If you are looking for an apartment in South Charlotte with great amenities and service, then the Marquis at Carmel Commons fits the bill. They have top of the line furnishings in the common areas and apartments. The community is quiet and well maintained, offering rest and relaxation in your off time as well as various amenities which are available.

The leasing professionals were awesome. The amenities are nice and the apartment style was great. I love how spacious the balconies are. I also like how new the community is and how the grounds are very well manicured. Overall, a great place to call home.

I wouldn't suggest it to someone who doesn't wants to stay in one apartment for more than 2 years and have rate spikes every year.
