With the recent renovations with less carpet, the sound that carries from adjacent and above apartments is ridiculous. I have been living at the Marquis for 6 years and the noise pollution since the apartment above me was renovated is AWFUL.

The apartment homes were nice and they offered a lot of amenities that were shared with a sister community. It appeared that they had a lot of events to celebrate the residents. The leasing agent was very pleasant. She was personable and I felt that she listened.

It is frustrating when we do not receive notifications when packages arrive in the mail.
Thank you for your survey. I apologize for the delivery carriers not leaving notices for you regarding your package delivery. I continually ask them if they have done so and will continue to follow up with them. Again, please accept my apology for you not receiving notices from the carriers when they are left for you.

This community needs Valet Waste trash service. There is only 1 dumpster on site and it's pretty far away. Valet Waste is the only thing this property is missing!

When upgrading, start thinking about other items that would make a difference. self-closing drawers,cabinet doors, additional padding in carpeted areas. No pets over 10 pounds on upper floor levels

The community itself is appealing. The updated models of the apartments are spectacular. The granite countertops and appliances make this community worth it. Overall, this would be a nice place to live.

I was totally impressed with all the offerings at the Marquis. The pool area had a beach resort feeling. The grounds were impeccably maintained. The office staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism.
