Just don't understand why my rent continues to go up. I've repeatedly asked for a 2 bedroom apt. I keep being told I have to wait until my lease is up or I will have to pay to break my lease to move into another apartment at the same location. Seems odd but okay, when my lease is up no one remembers my request. This is the last year I will go through this. If another 2 bedroom is not available when my lease is up this will be my last year at the Marquis.

I thought the apartment was nice. The model was decorated so lovely, I wish they would offer the apartments with the furnishings included. Overall, it was a good and fun experience. I would definitely move there.

It's a nice place however way too pricey. It's all about money. I would like a small dog however I can't because of the policy here and the cost.
