The community was very well maintained. I was very impressed with the quality of the area. I have completed over 100 apartment shops. This leasing professional was in the top three I have experienced. She really made this a unique and enjoyable experience.

It is the overall cleanliness of the property and the unwillingness of the staff to get out of their golf carts and walk tithe property. The apartments are set up nicely and kept up pretty well but there is SO much competition and they are building and updating many more complexes very close to this one.

I have been living at Marquis at Carmel Commons since summer 2014 and have loved every second of it. This is my 3rd apartment in Charlotte in the going on 3 years I have been here and this is by far my favorite (that is including living just a couple miles from Uptown). One of my favorite parts about living here is the practical reasons listed below, it is the staff and maintenance crew. The people here take care of you and care about you on a different level than other apartment communities. The maintenance crew consistently go above and beyond the call of duty. In the time I have been here Steve (one of the maintenance guys) has fixed a few small things in the apartment and every time he is here he is eager to help with anything I could possibly need, including when I was sick one time and he was genuinely worried about me and checked in with me a couple days later when he saw me in the parking lot. If the people here aren't enough to make you want to check it out then there are more reasons below.
The location in south Charlotte is really convenient to a lot of different places. Quick access to the fwy, Ballantyne, Stonecrest, Arboretum, Park Rd., South Park Mall...really this place is in such a great location. The amenities are great (they have a hot tub!) and the pricing is incredible for how nice the apartments are (Ive been all over CLT and the pricing for quality here is the best around).

This was a very nice and very convenient to the interstate, shopping, dining and entertainment. The apartments were modern, well maintained and had great amenities to offer. The staff was warm and friendly and I would recommend the community to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.
