Disappointed
For a long time I wanted to move into this community. I thought it was nice. Apparently management has changed because I regret moving here. My experience has been horrible. The one positive I have wouldn't benefit anyone other than myself.

I believe the price increases from year to year are unreasonable and pushes people who would otherwise stay for another year leave.

I would recommend this community to my friends or family if they were looking for an apartment with the price range. The residents that I saw at the pool or out walking all looked happy. One person told me that it was a great place to live. Theresa could hear her.

I've already recommended it to friends. I'm very pleased with my whole experience here at Marquis. I think that I'm getting a very good value considering how nice the community is...how well it's kept up...maintenance is terrific...location is excellent...and my current lease amount is very fair.

This is by far one of the best places I have ever lived. The grounds & units are exceptionally maintained and the staff is fantastic. Maintanence requests are always handled timely and thoroughly. The community is safe, parking is never a problem, and the other tenants are friendly. Thanks for all you do to make living here so great!

Too expensive

I am opposed to residents with untrained pets, pets that are not on leashes, and residents with malfunctioning car alarms.
