There is only one situation that may need attention. Many tenants give the privacy codes to friends and family. Not good or fair to the tenants that rely on Cityside's safe and clean environment. We thought having the front door locked was a good idea. Entry only upon proof of residency. Otherwise, we're all at risk. Agree?

This property has improved since opening in every area. Although property managers and leasing personnel has changed those transitions have been smooth.

Would comparison shop against other local offerings. Price seems high. Also unclear how water bill is calculated. Our monthly charge appears to be consistent when we are here and when we are not here using water.
