Thank you so much for allowing me to give feedback. I know that you are honest and sincere about wanting a measure of satisfaction so that you can continue to support what is really good about CitySide while being open about changing things that may need attention. I am so thankful for the personnel and the amenities. They are wonderful. My concern is with a couple of daily annoyances that are hard to ignore. The automatic door closing mechanisms, unfortunately, result in automatic door "slamming" by my neighbors. This goes on from 5am to 11pm. This was apparent early on so I wanted to make sure that I didn't contribute to it and had a friend adjust my door mechanism so that it doesn't slam but allows me to pull the door closed quietly. It took him only 10 minutes to adjust the hinges. Unfortunately, that doesn't help with the doors slamming across and down the hall. This does take away from my quiet enjoyment of my apartment. These door adjustments could be done easily and quickly.
The second annoyance are the three top floor garage lights that are tall enough to shine into the apartment windows from dusk to dawn. Adjustment, lowering or redirecting them would be wonderful.

I have been here for almost 4 years, and this , in itself, is a good recommendation.

I have lived at Cityside since December 2016 when it first opened and have no plans of living any time soon. I love living here.

Implemented heightened sanitary measures during the pandemic to make me feel confident that my safety is most important.
