Our area has been listed as one of the most overpriced in the country when it comes to rent, when I recommend they need to be aware that the rent is pretty high. Supply and demand I guess.

Cityside is a community. Much of that credit goes to the owners, management and staff. Saturday morning breakfast and many of the events with drink and food is outstanding and may be the only rental community that can make that claim. We have every opportunity to meet other residents and build friendships.
