I would recommend it because if you want privacy you can have it or you can do the community events and use the amenities to be social. It's great to have both options.

It all depend on how this year plays out. I believe anything can turn around with the right mindset and intervention. I like my place for the most part. I like the 4th floor, the location of my unit and I like the staff. Most residents are nice...but I have to say, some younger residents are pretty detached ...rude at best ( most, not all) and have a lot to learn about life. I do not want to live in a dorm style community with dunk idiots roaming around the halls after the cars closes and they "got lucky" in some residents apartment. That is not my idea of a pristine community.

I put in a deposit to hold the apt and cancelled the same day. I am still waiting for the return of my check and its been since the beginning of March 2017. (Its not August) I called multiple times and no one knows anything. These people should be ashamed of themselves and need to get their act together. I will never recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
