Sense of community and many activities

CitySide is a pleasant place to live. Management staff is positive. attentive and responds quickly to anything brought to their attention. The maintenance staff is personable and responds quickly.

Given the major renovation window replacement and porch and concrete work which has been challenging for staff and tenants, the staff has done a remarkable job of planning and execution.

Amenities are many and there is always something going should tenants wish to participate. There is a nice mix of people of all ages and a real sense of community.

The only reason I wouldn't is the rent. It's gone up from when I first moved in. And the rent at One Palm and Arcos is cheaper in some cases.

Great Place

I’ve been so happy at City Side and with the management. It’s a beautiful building in a great area. Staff are always courteous and helpful. The building and grounds are well maintained.

fun community

This property seems well run and well maintained. There is very little noise disturbance. Basically, no significant problems, which makes it a good place to live. The facilities and location are very good.

I have recommended City Side to many of my friends. There are so many qualities of City Side it’s hard to list them all but some of the things I point out to friends is the staff , the cleanliness, and also how private and secure it is one thing I noted earlier in the survey was that I am disappointed in how quick the rent is going up. Unfortunately, I am only available to be at City Side about six evenings a month I hope in the future to be able to enjoy more time at City Side, I understand expenses and labor and taxes due increase. I have multiple businesses myself and is fully aware of it. Sometimes it is hard for me to justify the rent increases with the amount of time. I am spending at City Side but I hope in the future to be able to maintain a resident here at City Side and also hopefully be able to spend more time at City Side and be able to enjoy more of the surroundings.

Would recommend based on location, amenities, friendly staff, ongoing efforts to improve living experience.

OK. How many words do I get? When I moved in 2 years ago, I knew no one and I had never lived alone. It took just a short while for me to get to know this beautiful CitySide family, which includes the employees. I feel safe, connected and so blessed to be a part of it. It's that personal touch I feel that would cause me to recommend CitySide to others.

The building is beautifully kept, the amenities exceed our expectations and the staff couldn't be more accommodating.

Everything about this building and staff is first rate. I enjoy the socialization that the staff encourages with events, etc. An added plus is the community of caring women (both married and single) An added plus is the physical location which allows me to walk to so many things: library, restaurants, Publix, theater, opera, symphony.
