Stayed in 2422 for 3 years. Charged carpet 1 year life for 218 dollars as replacement cost due to stains. Yellow and greasy blind replacement 75 and strong odor smell removal 75. Good thing I took entire video before leaving and it is as clean as they gave me. They did same to another family in building 10 who left 3 months before me and charged 650$ for same things. What cheap tactics to get money... One Advice... STAY AWAY.. there are better managements in other apartments around.

Wouldn't recommend.

The only slightly negative thing I noticed was the finishes within the apartment. The flooring in both the kitchen and bath looked cheap as well as the bathroom cabinetry.

The community had beautiful apartments, inside and out. I loved the closet space and bathrooms.

This upscale community was beautifully maintained. The amenities included a putting green, theater and well-appointed game room. Private garages were available, which can be difficult to find in the area.

The property was very nice and appealing. All areas were well kept and maintained. The agent was one of the best I have had a chance to review. She did an excellent job making the customer feel welcomed and valued.

This community had the wow factor. There were so many great amenities that I did not know where I would even begin if I lived there. There seemed to be so many fun resident events that living there would feel more like a vacation than day-to-day life. The amenities and resident events really wowed me.

The amenities looked great. The leasing staff was accommodating and very easy to work with.

This property was very nice and well presented. Everything was very clean .

The leasing agent was great once I had her attention. However, I was not happy with the initial lack of common courtesy displayed by the entire leasing office staff, from the manager who closed her door to not be bothered to the leasing agents who did not look up to even acknowledge me with a smile or quick word while I stood there in the lobby waiting for assistance for over five minutes then the additional delay waiting for Mary. Being faced with this, I was made me wonder how inattentive this staff would be once I was a resident.

There was nothing extraordinary. It was a typical sales experience.

Leasing Professional conveyed that the Park Meadows area was a very nice and comfortable area to live in.

This was an extremely beautiful complex. The putting green and the tennis court were added extras. The pool and hot tub were sparkling and inviting. The media room and the lounge area were a very nice addition. The sprawling green landscaping was beautiful and the addition of the walking trail was a nice added touch. You have a choice of an indoor or outdoor basketball court. The location is convenient and easy to get to any area of the city in a short amount of time. Very well done.

The leasing professional did a nice job and the community is very nice.

This was a nice community with great features, but the price seemed a bit high.
