The community is in a great, convenient location. It looks much like the one down the street. While the floor plan is unique and spacious, it does not have enough pizzazz to make me choose it over another one.

They are very pet and kid friendly and the sales staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the value of this community is well worth it.

Above all, the leasing office people are very warm, friendly, caring, and professional. I can tell the community takes good care of its residents and the residents are well-satisfied with the service of the leasing office professionals.

The rent is way too high and its like a zoo with all the Dogs. This is an apartment not a house. One small dog is ok, but when you have a big dog over you on the second floor that moans its a real inconvenience
