Its getting to be a zoo
Two many large dogs of all breeds. There really should be a weight and a breed limit for these dogs and 1 pet per apartment. Its an apartment not a house!
Average and overpriced
I recently moved out of this property after purchasing my house a few months ago. The appliances are noisy and old, mediocre at best (tiny microwave) and the PLUMBING IS AWFUL! They had to rip apart some of the neighbor's garage to fix a broken pipe. Â Clientele has gone downhill.
Overpriced
I would say its like living at a kennel or a zoo, way to many dogs living at this property.

The community had very impressive amenities that surpass many if not most of the competitors. I was not as impressed with the finishes and appliances in the model. The counter tops were formica, the appliances were average white, and the flooring was vinyl. If these things were upgraded, this would be a premier property for the area. The leasing professional was welcoming and friendly. I was made to feel comfortable throughout my time with her. I would feel comfortable recommending the community to family or friends.

I liked the look and feel of this property very much. The community is 12 years old and has been maintained well. It is in a great location for shopping, transportation and attractions. I would consider leasing here.
I am not happy with the people staying in the apartment just above my apartment
The 1 bedroom apartment above my apartment has been rented out to a family consisting of 2 kids. They jump and run around all day. I and my wife are tired and fed up with this. I have complained at office twice but I am not sure if it really affects this family. I have also personally requested the family to maintain some courtesy but they dont care. WE dont have any peace of mind at this apartment
I have extended my lease by a year. I cant take it anymore. Please ask the people above my apartment to vacate or just change the apartment. Its like a drum beating above your head all time. :(

My overall experience was very positive. Everything in the community was very appealing and looked very well maintained. The indoor basketball court was a huge asset, as I have not seen that in any other community. All the residents I saw in the office and on the tour looked very happy living there. The location was prime and had everything you would need close by.
My Favorite Apartment Home, Ever.
The staff is so helpful, the aprtments are very spaciuous, the closets are amazing! I have lived here for over a year and can not seem to find a reason to move elsewhere. The pool is fantastic, and may be one of the best in Colorado.

nice location, property looks good, but wear is showing on window trim around my windows, concrete and driveways. fixtures are out dated, carpet needs to be replaced. No one comes to change furnace filters (unless requested) or check smoke detectors like former management did. My rent is going up $140 a month despite the lack of updates. I'll be rating parking high but that's because I pay for 2 garages. one of which I'll have to let go to absorb the rent increase.
Absolutely ! Every year rent goes up, maintenance down. Most of the staff are friendly and professional, but one or two bad apple, make that office an undesirable place to talk or consult Yeah! rude, and the worst customer services manners. Doubt if I will recommend this place. Dogs, who cleans? few residents. Noise.. tell me about plumbing second or third floor residents. No consideration. Pool, anyone used it resident or not. To many guest per resident not one but way maybe 10 that's some residents rules.. We could not be comfortable or have a safe environment at the pool during late evenings for our kids.
Not doing anything great and not doing anything poorly.
I wish the Retreat would have kept the practice of coming in and changing the smoke detectors and heater filter twice a year.

The community is beautiful, and the swimming pool is very large and very clean. I liked the tennis courts. The apartment had a very convenient layout. I felt the rental amounts were extremely reasonable for an apartment with all the amenities and a washer/dryer and microwave. The leasing professional was very friendly and took a great deal of time showing me two apartments. I would recommend this community to a friend looking for a place to move.
not enjoying the stay
Getting hassled by neighbor about noise and how I walk in my apt. I've never experience this in any other apartments.
